The Anything Goes Happy Hour is hosted by founder of the Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, Rick Conkey. The AGHH, which began March 29th is presented by the LBCAC and features interesting and timely local, regional, and international talent from the arts and music community plus fun and insightful interviews and commercials from local merchants and other organizations that support the arts.
